I grew up in a big family with 5 brothers on a ranch in California. I have loved dance since I was 8 years old and especially fell in love with choreographing starting in my early 20’s. Since graduating, with a degree in Athletic Training, I have spent the last 10 years intrigued with how our bodies move, through the lens of energy anatomy. I’ve enjoyed years of helping dancers understand how to move their bodies with ease and greater inner awareness. This curiosity in energy and anatomy led me to completing my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training where my life shifted into a deep connection with meditation, mindfulness and finding a sense of peace within my self. After some time cultivating my appreciation for these practices, I attended a 5 day silent retreat which further deepened the importance of all these pieces for me. I continually want to stay open for guidance to bring peace, safety and love into this world and so excited to share Soul Self with you all.

I was born in Hawaii, then returned to spend a year of college there…and left part of my heart on the island. I am the oldest of 5 kids and grew up primarily in central California. I am married and have three beautiful dancing daughters who have taught me the most…especially how to love unconditionally. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, and My Master's degree in Clinical and Rehabilitation Services for Orientation & Mobility.  Since 2012, I have taught O&M to the blind and visually impaired  - arguably the coolest job ever. One of the best things I’ve ever done is getting my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Coil Yoga - it changed me and brought me closer in alignment to who I am. Recently, I have completed a level 2 Sound Bath Practitioner training, and am developing my skill as a crystal sound bowl musician.

Relationships are important to me, and helping people to find their inner-strength and trust themselves is my gift. Through Soul Self, I hope to share with others the peace and strength I have discovered.

In 2011, Hannah started teaching dance to Jamie’s girls at The Dance Company in Kingsburg, CA. Although we knew each other for years through the studio, it wasn’t until the last couple years that we became much closer through our interests in spirituality, meditation and yoga. Life has clearly brought us together and allowed us to help each other discover our gifts and purpose on earth. Our intention is to share with you the ways and paths that have led us to peace.
